TED LASKOWSKI, PRESIDENT AND BROKER OF RECORD
Since 1973 Ted Laskowski has been directly involved in the acquisition, management, renovation and disposition of more than 100 commercial properties worth in excess of $1 billion. In addition, he has been involved in the development of commercial and residential properties with a total value in excess of $450 million. Ted’s broad experience in commercial and residential real estate includes management of over 25,000 residential units and over three million square feet of commercial, industrial and retail development. Ted is also a Pennsylvania licensed real estate broker.
Mr. Laskowski has served as a director of The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR), the 2008 Chairman of the Equal Opportunity/Cultural Diversity Committee, the 2007 Chairman of the Commercial, Industrial & Investment Committee, the 2007 President of the Bucks County Association of Realtors and a director of The Suburban Realtors Alliance. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the PAR organization “Business Services for Real Estate”. Ted is also licensed in Pennsylvania as a real estate instructor and has taught broker courses and continuing education at Penn State, Bucks County Community College and the Real Estate Academy of Bucks County. Ted continues to teach real estate classes at various locations.

John Giampa is a certified public accountant with more than 20 years experience in
the public accounting arena. He is the owner of Giampa Financial Group, a C.P.A.
firm offering tax, accounting, business consulting and financial advisory services
to businesses and individuals. John is particularly experienced in accounting and
tax work for real estate acquisitions, development and management. He has been involved
in establishing accounting procedures for real estate developers and construction
contractors. He has also provided in-
Mr. Giampa is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He received an MBA in Finance from Drexel University and a BS in Accounting from Temple University. He is also the managing member of Giampa Properties, LLC that owns commercial real estate.
